For to be feet and slim you have to Do exercise on regular basis, Do yoga, Eat breakfast, Exercise regularly, Drink plenty of water, Start your meals with a salad, Eat added frequently, Don't diet.

It's just that you dont have to do hardcore diet, just follow these things and you will get it. Eat healthy, Live healthy.

Here are some of the tips to remain slim:
- Do not take tension
- Do exercise regularly
- Eat green vegetables more
- Drink Green tea.

If you want to remain slim for a long long time then just do two things only, Do swimming and if you don't know then learn it, Do cycling as much as you can. Believe me, this two thing can really keep you slim.

If you are not smart and you are obese, you must change your lifestyle to lose weight and get balanced. Daily walking is best for health. walk for 10 to 15 minutes daily after meal or whenever you get some free time.

If you aren't sleek and you are obese, then you must modify your way of life in order to shed weight and get balanced. It's not about eating plan, it's about remaining on a health eating plan for the relax of your life.

* First of all we must be determined to remain slim and work towards it. Develop a mind set towards it.
 
* Set realistic goals.
 
* Make lifestyle changes like giving up alcohol, smoking, avoiding fatty food, refined food,...
 
* Include fresh foods as far as possible as processed foods tend to contain high level of salt and sugar
 
* Do not expect immediate results.
 
* Never go for crash diets instead reduce weight gradually and slowly.
 
* Never skip meals as you tend to eat more, the next meal. Do not skip breakfast in particular.
 
* Include lot of fiber in your diet as it gives a feeling of fullness, thereby preventing you from gorging spicy and fatty food.
 
* Nuts contain lot of fiber .They are satisfying and cause people to eat less at meal time.
 
* Take warm lime juice mixed with honey the first thing in the morning.
 
* Go for skimmed milk.
 
* As far as possible avoid weight loss supplements.

Are you getting more slim body then doing regular exercise and avoid more oily food and out side food they really increase more fat in your body and increase more weight. So eating more proper food like fruits and green veggies is really good for to getting more slim body. And slim body is good to doing all work in better freshness then more weight people. So slim body is always good for all to getting more fit and healthy food.

Tips for remain slim:

Well it's entirely upto you until or unless you have hormonal or thyroids problem. A balanced diet is essential, you should rather eat 5 small meals per day instead of gulping in one large meal. Less oily, less processed and junk food should be preferred. Exercising 2 or 3 times a week plus drinking plenty of fluids.  :go go:
