For to eat healthy you have to eat a food like Green Vegetables, Eat Fruits, Drink Green Tea, Do not Eat outside Foods, Eat flexible amount of food, Avoid the junk food eating habit.

Eating healthy food is really most important to live a healthy and fit life. Eating more fruits and vegetable is really good to maintain your health and fitness very well. Eating more fish and green vegetable is good to energy level in your body. Avoid more junk and fatty food is harmful to your health and they can very increase fat in your body so avoid it.

if you avoid junk food and eat a good food and vegetable then its good for your health. You can also drink a good juice for your health. Juice is gives you a very good vitamin and nutrients. So eating a good food regular and leave a healthy life.

One should also follow the Food Pyramid if one wants to have a healthy, balanced life. Some people I know who are overzealous with dieting avoid meaty foods altogether. I think that should not be the case. Meat are an excellent source of protein, which the body needs to build muscles. So taking the meat off to your dietary plan actually works against a balanced lifestyle. Note that the operative word there is BALANCED.

According to me, healthy eating is food enriched with good nutrients that your body needs. It should also involve drinking plenty of water and eating green veggies. Vegetables and fruits are the best natural source of all essential nutrients and processed food MUST be avoided. Processed, fried, fast food does nothing good. Trust me, healthy life is a happy life.  :drinks:
