All the people are staying fit and healthy in your life. Heart is most important for all the human being. Doing more exercise is really good for your heart. Avoid more fatty and fast food is really harmful to your heart. Doing more yoga exercise is really good to keep your heart healthy and fit your body very well.

Quit using not only helps your heart health, but your life in general. Medical check-ups shuld be done regularly. Heart is our main body part so it is necessary to take more care of our heart. Body weight is basic factor that affects our heart.

- Exercise regularly.
- Use the stairs.
- Healthy diet should be maintained.
- Quit smoking.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Take a perfect sleep.

I stop five years ago and have never sensed so good. I have more energy, I get tired less often and I happy. I clearly recommend anyone who cigarette using tobacco to stop before it's too overdue.

Health heart is really most important to live a long and fit life. Heart is main engine of our body and they always live healthy then you can doing more proper exercise and eating more healthy food and avoid more smoking and drinking and many more bad habits.

Yes, henry I am totally agree with you. Every one knows very well that heart is so important part in our body. So always care of your heart. So always eating proper foods and doing any soft physical work out. And avoid smoking.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads, cereals and pasta. BBQ and steam the meat, fish and vegetables to keep goodness. When it comes to a healthy diet, fresh is always best.
