According  to me weight loss is really very toughest task for you. Now a days there are so many persons are suffering from weight related problem. So it's not a major problem. If you regular doing swimming and yoga exercise and eat healthy diet food then I am surely says that you can easily loss your weight.

Eat preferably organic diet for good health. Boosts vitamin and mineral intake. Avoid late night eating habit. Do cardio, yoga, and meditation for quick losing weight. Especially cardio including running, swimming, jogging, cycling and some weight bearing exercises are effective for losing weight.
