A large egg brings your body 70 calories, 6g of protein, 5 g of fat, 186 mg of cholesterol - making eggs at breakfast both a nutritious and affordable choice. Understand too that eggs are perishable and are best kept refrigerated until ready to be cooked.n the end, the researchers saw that those subjects who had eggs for breakfast weren't as hungry before lunch, and ate less from the buffet in comparison with the subjects who had cereal for breakfast.

Really egg is good for health, i take egg regular in my breakfast accept Tuesday and Thursday.

Yes, Egg is very helpful for our health. Its gives a good protein and vitamin. So I am daily eating a eggs at my breakfast. According to research says that people who consume eggs every day lower their risk of evolving cataracts. Eggs are one of the only nourishment that contain routinely happening vitamin D.

While eggs are an excellent source of protein esp the egg white, less is more in terms of making eggs a staple. Researchers are split when it comes to making it a part of your daily food intake. Some studies have shown that too much eggs will make your cholesterol level shoot up to beyond the normal levels. So you may want to be more conservative with your eggs.  :Winking:

Egg is good for breakfast for all aged person. Recent research reveled that Egg has an organic that prevent our drowsiness for whole day.
So eat Egg in breakfast and stay fresh whole day. :yeee:

Eggs for Breakfast is really healthy. In fact, you need to eat eggs 3-4 times a week to keep healthy.
