25 tips for a healthy heart..

1.Eat more of grains, vegetables, beans, greens, fruits, fish, seeds, & yogurt.
2.Eat less of milk,cheese & nuts.
3.Add Garlic to your receipes.
4.Beta-carotene rich foods like carrots,cabbage,sweet potatoes and dark leafy greens.
5.Reduce sodium intake to no more than 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt per day.
6.Eat regular meals.
7.Drink water throughout the day.
8.Switch from coffee to tea.
9.Exercise regularly.
10.Take the stairs.
11.Do housework , take it as an extra chance to exercise.
12.Healthy wait should be maintained.
13.Quit smoking.
14.Avoid alcohol.
15.Sleep adequately.
16.Blood pressure should be monitored.
17.Cholestrol should be monitored.
18.Work schedule should be regular to avoid too much stress.
19.Practice stress-reduction techniques such as deep breathing,Yoga and meditation.
20.Laughter is a good medicine.
21.Medical check-ups shuld be done regularly.
22.Control Diabetes.
23.Family History of cardiovascular disease should be known.
24.Love give it and receive it.
25.Medication prescribed by Dr should be taken.

I think the best tip that can have a huge effect on your heart and your daily normal life is to not light up. Giving up using tobacco not only helps your heart health but your whole life in general. I stop five years ago and have never sensed so good. I have more energy, I get tired less often and I happy. I clearly recommend anyone who cigarette using tobacco to stop before it's too overdue.

Walking Regularly.
Do not Eat Oily Foods.
Take a proper Check up of your health in a month.
Take a Green Vegetables.

Eat regular meals. The work schedule should be regular to avoid too much stress. Quit using not only helps your heart health, but your life in general. Medical check-ups shuld be done regularly.

One healthy should go for a diet rich in diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and fiber and should avoid foods that are more calories. Avoid oily food, do yoga and exercise, eat fresh fruit and green vegetables.

There are lots of reasons to be satisfied, such as your heart health. Adverse feelings like rage and violence can increase hypertension. People with depressive disorder are four times more likely to have cardiac arrest. And while we don't understand how psychological demand causes physical demand, we do know there's a highly effective relationship. To get yourself in a better mind-set, follow a more positive perspective and control day-to-day causes.

Heart is our main body part so it is necessary to take more care of our heart. Body weight is basic factor that affects our heart. In research it is found that fatty peoples have more chances of heart problems,So keep weight maintain. Stay away from smoking and alcohol. It damages more our heart.

We want to care our heart because we live on heart. For healthy heart maintain your cholesterol level. Avoid the oily food. Do some Yoga exercise and  meditation. If you are smoking then quite smoking.

For the healthy heart you have to do Drink water throughout the day, Switch from coffee to tea, Quit smoking, Sleep adequately, Do housework , take it as an extra chance to exercise, Exercise regularly, Avoid alcohol.

Here are some of the tips for a healthy heart:
- Sauté your vegetables
- Replace some of the fat in baked goods
- Flavor bread by dipping in olive oil
- Use an olive oil based salad dressing.
