Title: Can't upload files from script

I have not been able to upload files from scripts. The directory permissions are all correct. What should i do now?

saiyeek this seems to have been caused by the same problem caused during the file uploads through CPanel remember, it would give us the error that file deleted bla bla bla....

Security matter. We can track ftp upload but there is no way to track foot print of cPanel uploader. Recently there are many hosts not allowing cPanel upload to stay away from DDOS attack. Sorry guys but I guess none of us wish to face any problem so use your FTP manager to upload files. We will discuss on it wither we allow to use cPanel function or not once we move to our own build server.

Yes FTP works fine for me.
