Exercises to keep your feet fit

The stronger your feet the better is your chance to keep your feet away from health problems. Here are some great exercises to keep your feet fit. This is really good if your feet tires easily. These simple movements will strengthen your feet muscles. You can even teach small kids this of simple feet exercises on your bonding time. Definitely, they would love to execute this simple feet exercises.
Note: Perform these movements very slowly and feel your feet muscles move.
Exercise your ankles:
Sit on a chair and cross your left leg over the right Rotate the foot of your top leg (left leg). Point your toes down, towards the inside of your ankle, up, then towards the outside of your ankle. Rotate your foot on that direction for 12 to 15 times then do it on a reverse direction for 12 to 15 times as well. Switch legs (right leg this time). Do the same procedure. Strengthen your calf and heal muscles:
Sit on the floor with your legs straight to the front. Bend your feet towards you as far as possible. Strengthen your toes and muscles on top of the foot:
Sit on a chair with your bare feet on the floor. Try to pick up things like towels, pencils and, or other things that could be pick up by your toes. Do not forget to include walking as exercise to keep your feet in good shape. It is not just good for your feet but to your health in general.

When you have accomplished your exercise, breathe in deeply raising your arms high overhead and stretch, then bend forward and flop arms down to dangle near floor, breathing out, repeat this three or four times breathing deeply and powerfully expelling the air.

Exercise plays vital role in every person's life. There are many different type of exercise like jogging, walking, swimming, cycling and so on. Due to exercise we have lots of health benefit as well as stay feet and live long life.

You have shared such a really nice information with us, i know about more two exercise which can help a lot too and the names of that exercise are Swimming and Cycling.

Running is perfect exercise for keep fit to body and fitness. It reduce fast to fat and stomach and improve well strength of body bones. It create well energy in cells and make tight to muscles. It is the best body refresher too which create effective refreshment for human body.

According to me, every exercises are very good and helpful for our body. I think swimming, running and yoga, these are very good for health and lose weight. So do regular exercises and make yourself perfect.

Exercise is really most important for live a fit and healthy life. Yoga is best exercise to increase more immune power and mind power and they really good to increase more freshness in your body. Exercise is really best for reducing weight and maintain your health very well.

Yes, Exercise is the key for maintain fitness. So regular doing any exercise like running, cycling, swimming, yoga. All these exercises are really good for those wanna remain their fitness.
