Healthy Lifestyle.....!!!!

Most of our modern day sicknesses are due to unhealthy lifestyles and it takes so little to make efforts to live healthily-But we are simply not interested in improving our health until we fall ill or have a major problem.So lets try and make simple changes which can go a long way in living a happy healthy and harmonious life.
1. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water
2.Sleep atleast 7-8 hours at night
3. Eat a heavy breakfast, balanced lunch and a light dinner
4.Exercise for minimum of 30-45 minutes a day-if you cannot take out that much time then split it to 10 minutes 3-4 times in a day
5.Walking is the easiest aerobic exercise and Yoga is the best for flexibility and mobility of muscles
6.Smile and laugh more often during the day-in short have fun whatever you are doing
7.Develop Positive thoughts and remove negative attitudes
8.You have only one life so live it fully (without burning candles on both ends)

Health is most important for all. I really like to taking care of my self to doing regular exercise and eating healthy food to staying healthy and fit in our life. Avoid more smoking and drinking and fast food is really harmful to your healthy life.

Health is most important part of our life healthy life style is necessary for human body.You have to follow some information that help you to make healthy lifestyle.You have to drink more water,eat some healthy and fresh food,do exercise every day and also you have to walk every day morning.

Health should be the first preference of every person, if you are fit and fine by health then you can do whatever you want in your life, if your body is fit then your mind will automatically work faster then the usual.

Healthy lifestyle is really most important for everyone to getting more fresh and fit life. Are you getting more healthy life then you can doing more regular exercise and eating more proper food and avoid more fatty and oily food and avoid more bad habits like smoking and drinking. So you can also live a best healthy life with healthy lifestyle.

 Healthy Lifestyle is very important for over life. So Do regular Yoga, Exercise, Meditation etc. Always Eat healthy food like Green Vegetables, Fruits. Don't eat so much oily foods and junk foods. Take a sleep regularly, Drink more water.

Every person want to leave happy and healthy life style. For healthy life eating fresh and good foods and vegetable and doing exercise like running, walking and yoga. So I am always doing a cycling exercise for maintain fitness.
