I have been doing this for long ago in gmails and yahoo, but haven't tried in windows live mail, and now I have found a way to do it in windows live mail too.

Here is the short tutorial on it.
  • Login to your account then click on Options > More Options
  • Under Customize your mail >>
       select Automatically sort e-mails into folders
  • Now click New Filter
  • Now inside the textbox type which domain, email address you want to filter.
        For eg. you can use one of these, only or only.
  • The difference is that when you use the filter is applied to this address only, but the later one is used to filter the emails from whole domain.
  • In the text-box below select New Folder and give the name for the new folder for eg. or anything that better reminds you of the filter you applied
